This easy to make dish will serve fantastically as stuffing balls for your Christmas lunch, but can really be made at any time of year, and are just as good served as a main course with spuds and gravy (in which case we call them British Bhajis!)
Laverbreads made with nori seaweed, fine oatmeal, butter and a pinch of salt. These little breads work perfectly alongside bacon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and mashed potato. They are soft, moist and have a savoury, salty flavour. The seaweed behaves like spinach in this dish.
