Ground Hazelnuts

Finely ground hazelnuts make a useful gluten-free flour for a range of sweet recipes. When using in gluten-free baking, hazelnut powder is best mixed with other sticky flours such as Tapioca in order for the pastry to hold together whilst rolling. Where gluten is not an issue mix with normal wheat flour in order for the pastry to hold together.
