You cannot go wrong with the celtic sea salt, Thanks to the likes of Barbara O'Neil. Who also advocates the use and ingestion of coconut oil for vital minerals the body needs.

My order came quickly, perfectly packaged and amazing quality products as always. I find healthy supplies so handy for so much, from food and snacks to toiletries. The freeze dried fruits are amazing for snacks, to add to baking or as breakfast toppings. The yoghurt rice cakes are delicious for the whole family.

The order arrived later then expected (I believe it's due to a Christmas period) but I'm pleased with the raspberry leaf tea and my favourite dark chocolate!

I was very happy with my order. It came lovely and appreciably cold, and i particularly like this brand of vegan hotdog. I felt the mayonnaisse was of a superior quality to other kinds i have tried. thankyou.js. The second pic is of some sage sausages i also ordered.

We are very pleased with our order and ordering Freeze-dried powders regularly, they are very delicious and a good quality! We add them to our porridge, smoothies and bakes. Recently I made a vegan carrot cake and added an orange freeze-dried powder and green smoothie with added broccoli freeze- dried powder! Delicious!

I love the puff amaranth and quinoa
I have purchased non puff previously and they just never got used. These I add to yogurt and add berries and now breakfast is made in seconds and as much as I love my porridge I now have days of different breakfasts and I love my overnight chia seeds in a mix of yogurt and milk

I love Rochester Ginger Light as a healthy non alcoholic apèretif and by ordering nut loaf in advance from Healthy Supplies I can stock up before they all vanish from supermarket shelves. and high street stores before Xmas. Constantly impressed with Healthy supplies, They always get my orders to me quickly and have so much to choose from. We regularly get freeze dried fruits & veggies for my toddler who otherwise wouldn't eat any fruit or veg. He loves the crunch and I'm satisfied he's having a more healthy balanced diet. I can’t find stock like this at the store so I am very pleased :) The freeze dried products are delicious and (my favourite) Montezuma black chocolate is cheaper than on the official website. Preparing for Autumn/winter has always involved nuts. High energy food and lovely tasting. My current favourites are Pecans but I love Walnuts, Brazils and Cashews too. Nuts are just the yummiest, most delicious foods all year round. Whether it's a crushed nut medley on foods like granola or muesli or roasted and salted, neat and raw they are versatile and delicious. Also very much a favourite of my furry pals.

Kingfisher toothpaste is the best brand that I've tried so far. It keeps my teeth healthy, taste lovely and has no hidden nasties. Marigold Tunah is a good tuna substitute. Tastes great in sandwiches with vegan mayo and a bit of salad. Faith In Nature handwash cleans my hands well, doesn't dry them out and has a wonderful smell. I do love pecans, we only buy the best and these are absolutely the best. I buy pecans in shells to share with the animals I care for. I also use them in baking and crack them to eat raw. I always think pecans have a beautiful, slightly caramel flavour and they may just be my favourite nut. Although I do enjoy hazelnuts and walnuts too. Nuts about nuts! Speaking of which, a few of my favourite nut crackers! 🐿️💞

I liked the fact that upto the point of order until delivery, I was kept updated on my purchase, the delivery was prompt and the packaging was intact. I ordered 1kg of organic barley flakes and 500g of organic amaranth, both arrived in good condition and the quality was good 👍. For those who wish to know if this was rajgari (indian name for anaranth) or rajgaro (sister variety), it is rajgari, which I was not able to deduce from their online image. So was happy 😊 as I didnot want rajgaro.

This is my all time favourite peanut. It tastes delicious, is the perfect consistency and best of all it has no palm oil. I have tried the Celtic sea salt yet but I've heard that this is a good brand and the salt has many health benefits. My order came very quickly and was very well packaged. We are really please with our berry powders. Delicious! I used them in my morning porridge, vegan protein balls. Also enjoy the super powders with a plain dairy free yogurt for an extra fruity flavour! My fave are blueberry and blackcurrant powder! Order arrived very quickly. Definitely recommend it!

I really loved this moisturiser and was pleasantly surprised at how easily it rubs in.
Its the first time I have bought the vitamin E cream and will certainly be buying again.
It could have done with a gentle scent, but maybe this will added in the future.

I used the organic flakes with sugar free cranberries as part of my first attempt at healthy home made granola. A great success. The cardboard packaging has created a brown layer for a compost bin!

I love the non alcoholic Rochester Green Ginger Wine as a healthy aperitif, the Clearspring organic soy sauce and black beluca lentils which are much tastier than other lentils and do not disintegrate when cooked. They are difficult to find so I always order from Healthy Suplies.

We ordered some oat fibre and this morning I have baked low carb bread. Everybody who is adopted to a low carb lifestyle crave for bread and I have this recipe that uses Oat Fibre that works out at at approx 2 carbs per bread role as opposed to 25 carbs for a standard bread roll.
