These little bars are fantastic - they taste good and are quite filling. Perfect snack with a cup of tea or to stick in my bag if I'm out and about. Probably of the best high fibre, vegan chocolate snacks I've tried.

Pecans are gorgeous, the texture, flavour, sweet and wholesome. good for you too. My favourite nut, can be used for so many creative dishes, pecan crunch, granola, caramelised pecans in cream and ice cream. Then of course there are my little red friends who I look after and they love them too, neat, fresh and raw and as they come, totally yummy.

Love love love my nuts, seeds and berries. Peanuts are so much yummier than the smothered in fat shop versions which also taste old and dusty compared to mine. My Zoe microbiome score is 95/100 so proof of the pudding!
