Pecans are gorgeous, the texture, flavour, sweet and wholesome. good for you too. My favourite nut, can be used for so many creative dishes, pecan crunch, granola, caramelised pecans in cream and ice cream. Then of course there are my little red friends who I look after and they love them too, neat, fresh and raw and as they come, totally yummy.

Love love love my nuts, seeds and berries. Peanuts are so much yummier than the smothered in fat shop versions which also taste old and dusty compared to mine. My Zoe microbiome score is 95/100 so proof of the pudding!

Fantastic organic pearl barley at a very affordable price.

Great to find a supplier of soya beans in large bags. The whole family enjoys them everyday in our salads and even with this large bag it won’t be long before we are going to need more.

Great quality delivery to stock up our larder. Including 10kg of organic goji berries. Here soaked overnight in water (1:1.5 ratio), blended and then used as a versatile sweet topping. This plate with mixed berries and blueberry vanilla masa cake.

I love tofu scramble but never have the spoons to make it from scratch so this is PERFECT. Great taste and texture. No extra seasoning needed! It says that it includes 4 servings but I eat a whole packet in one go, usually on toast. 😋
