All of our orders are sent via a reliable, tracked courier service.

Free delivery for mainland UK orders over 49.00.

We also deliver from the UK to over 130 countries worldwide.

Delivery OptionDescription
 TRACKED We offer STANDARD TRACKED and ECONOMY TRACKED. Both are fast, hassle-free and very reliable couriers.

Key points:

  • Reliable, tracked courier service for your peace of mind (we provide you with a tracking number).
  • Free delivery for UK orders over 49.00. (Free Deliveries are carried out using the Economy delivery option.)
  • STANDARD TRACKED is always Parcelforce; ECONOMY TRACKED uses a range of couriers depending on the weight of the parcel.
  • STANDARD TRACKED is a bit faster. All options are reliable tracked couriers.
  • We normally despatch orders within 1-4 working days (less than 3 days on average), and will contact you if we don't despatch it within this time. If you require your order more quickly, we offer an EXPRESS delivery service (see the "EXPRESS" section below).
  • STANDARD TRACKED, using Parcelforce, delivers on the next working day following dispatch; ECONOMY TRACKED usually delivers within 2 working days but can take 5 working days in some cases, especially at busy times of year. You will receive a notification at the time of dispatch.
  • You can view your order status at any time.
  • If you need your order in a hurry, please choose the EXPRESS option in your basket (described below).

Please note that exceptions may apply to orders placed in the Highlands and Islands - please see below. Please also see "Overseas Orders" for non-UK orders.

 CHILLED  Our chilled delivery costs 7.99, this is at the highest end of our delivery charges and due to the additional special care that is required for chilled deliveries. All orders are despatched with our premium courier Parcelforce. All products will be sent in appropriate packaging to ensure items are kept at the correct temperature during transit. We operate a return and reuse policy with our chilled packaging. Please ensure you retain your chilled gel packs and chilled envelopes. Once you have made 8 chilled orders, please contact us and we will send you a returns label to return the chilled packaging back to us. The packaging will be disinfected and reused to minimise the environmental impact.

We will always strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, however it is your obligation to supply a full and accurate address for delivery and to ensure there is someone present to accept the parcel and ensure the products are chilled immediately upon receipt. You absolve us of any liability for the condition of the products when there is a delivery problem due to an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address having been provided, or if the courier is unable to leave the order at the address provided, regardless of any instructions provided. You also acknowledge it is up to you to scrutinise all products received for any indication of not being fit to consume, and to let us know of any problems within 24 hours of receipt.

We highly recommend that you ensure someone will be present to take delivery of your order at the delivery address supplied. We will always email you with tracking details, to help you plan receipt of your parcel. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you assent to your order being returned to the couriers depot to await redelivery. This may mean that goods are not kept at optimum temperature, although our ice packs are great at keeping orders chilled for a few days. Please note that couriers are not currently required to obtain a signature, and may leave chilled orders even if nobody is present to take delivery. Although they will always endeavour to leave the parcel in the safest possible location, occasionally, in the absence of a secure place, it may be left somewhere visible to passers-by. Please note that we are not liable for parcels which go missing in these circumstances.

The 14-day cooling off period for products stored at an ambient temperature, during which you have the legal right to return unopened items for a refund, does not apply to chilled products. By purchasing from us you acknowledge and accept that your order may be held up on its way to you and that this may involve the goods being transported or stored in circumstances where they are not chilled as per the manufacturers guidelines, and you accept they are safe for those periods of time they are not stored below the recommended temperature.

 EXPRESS 

Express Order Service. If you need your order for a specific deadline, we encourage you to use this option. Please read the whole of this section if you are choosing Express delivery.

For UK orders

With this option, we will despatch what we can within 1 or 2 working days by next-working-day courier, and send any out-of-stock items on to follow. We will contact you if we are unable to despatch the bulk of your order on time.

The price is 7.99 per 25kg for most of the UK (though see "Highlands and Islands" below if you live in a remote area). Naturally, Express orders are also tracked - you will receive a tracking number when we despatch your order. We use Parcelforce's next working day service to dispatch your order.

Orders placed after midday or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, and that Express Saturday delivery is not possible. Exceptions may apply to orders placed in the Highlands and Islands - please see below.

For International orders

This is the fastest option for international orders, and is offered on most international destinations. We aim to despatch Express orders in 3 working days, and the transit time thereafter varies depending on the country. We will contact you if any items are out of stock.

Delivery Pricing

Delivery is calculated on weight and value, at cost price. Free Delivery for orders over 49.00 - please note this is the Economy tracked delivery option.

We don't make a profit on delivery, and we have a very up-front approach to delivery pricing. We do not hide delivery costs in the costs of the goods or show totals without delivery costs. We are very competitive when grand totals, inclusive of delivery, are compared.

Delivery costs are shown and included in the basket as you go along, so you can see the full total before you checkout. Prices are fully inclusive of any VAT - no hidden charges!

Couriers

Economy Tracked/free deliveries are carried out by Hermes.
Standard and Express deliveries in the UK are carried out by Parcelforce.
Overseas orders in Europe are delivered by Parcelforce International and their third party courier GLS.
Overseas order beyond Europe are delivered by DHL.

Highlands and Islands, and other Exceptions

We offer free delivery on Highlands and Island orders over 100.

We welcome our customers from the Highlands and Islands (including Northern Ireland). Please note that our couriers charge a postal surcharge. Meaning the delivery cost is higher in these places. This is why we have a different free delivery threshold. This price will be shown in the basket once a delivery postcode has been entered at the checkout.

Please note that orders to the Highlands and Islands (including Channel Islands) may take an extra few days to arrive. If you're unsure about whether this applies to your address, please get in touch and we'll be happy to let you know.

Overseas Orders

International orders welcome!

We also deliver to over 130 destinations worldwide including all EU countries! Prices vary by weight and destination - please add your selected items to the basket and select the required country to see the delivery price for your particular order.

Express and Standard options are available.

EU Orders: Due to Brexit, we are still seeing unprecedented delays at the border. We have therefore taken the decision to temporarily suspendEU orders until we see these delays reduced. We are hoping that this will be soon, and will update the site once the service is back up and running. Please note that once this service is available, import tax may be due once your order reaches the delivery destination. Please note that this is dependent on the individual countries VAT charges and the customer is liable to pay these. We have been informed that orders will not be released by customs until these charges are settled.

Packaging

It is our mission here at Healthy Supplies to operate in the most eco-friendly way possible. In order to do this we re-use all the boxes were sent, and those that can't be used to transport goods and orders are turned into eco-friendly packaging.

The majority of our boxes are currently purchased from a third-party company that essentially saves the boxes from being needlessly dumped into a landfill site. The boxes we purchase from this company are mostly leftovers from redundant stock. Please note that these boxes are perfectly acceptable for the storing and transporting of food-based goods and the boxes themselves will not alter the condition or quality of the products held within in anyway. So, if you receive your order in a branded box - don't worry, it's perfectly safe for the transporting and carrying of your lovely goods.

In addition to this, another step of our big eco-friendly push was the decision we made to drastically reduce our usage of bubble wrap and clingfilm and as a result, we no longer purchase these goods; we will however occasionally re-use any that is sent to us. Instead of bubblewrap and clingfilm we have instead chosen to package and protect our orders with paper and cardboard, which is for the most part recycled and re-used. Weve also banished plastic tape, and now only use paper tape. In doing all of this we have drastically reduced our carbon footprint and become more eco-friendly in the process, and we do not have any plans to stop here either - So stay tuned for further improvements in 2019!
