Our olive oils are pure, cold pressed and of high quality. Cold pressing is a traditional process where the oil in the olive is extracted without the use of heat. This retains the nutrition, colour, flavour and aroma of the oil. Olive oil naturally contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants (Vitamin E).
Olive oil that has been cold pressed has a lower smoke point than refined oil. That means that they are more suited to gentle simmering, dressings and dips. We do not sell refined olive oils. They are less flavoursome and have lost much of their nutritional qualities.
