Tofu is very popular in Japan and China. It is a high-protein, low-calorie food derived from soya. Tofu is typically used in Japanese or Chinese stir-fries or soups.

We supply both firm tofu and soft tofu, as well as an interesting "braised tofu".

Our most popular tofu!
