Sprinkle over the teaspoon of Smoked Paprika and Thyme. Use your hands to turn the potatoes and coat them in the oil and seasoning. Put into the centre of the oven for around 30-35 minutes or until browned.
Finely chop the onion and mix into the mince with the Jerk Spice Blend, or alternatively mix with a food processor. Then add the oatmeal and the egg and a squeeze of lime juice.
Warm the grill on a medium heat and place foil on the grill tray.
Dust a dinner plate with the spare fine oatmeal. Form the Turkey mix into burgers and coat with a little oatmeal.
Place the uncooked burgers onto the grill tray and brush with oil. Grill on each side for around 7-10 minutes. They will brown more than you might normally expect due to the coating of oatmeal.
This recipe should make enough for 6-8 good sized burgers, or alternatively you can make smaller mini burgers for children or even form them into kebabs.
Serve alongside the sweet potato wedges on a bed of baby spinach, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
