This oat bran is ideal for people who consume oat bran regularly, such as those who are on the Dukan diet or those who wish to use oat bran to maintain regularity. In particular, those on the Dukan diet can easily consume between 1 and 2 kilos a month, so this is a great value pack.
The easiest way to use oat bran is to sprinkle it over your breakfast (muesli, cereals or porridge) or to cook it into cakes and biscuits.

Oat bran is simply the bran (i.e. the husk) of the oat grain. As you can see from the picture, this oat bran is of medium coarseness. It's just the right texture for sprinkling into foods or baking mixes, as well as providing excellent roughage for the digestive system.
