Oats are naturally gluten-free. However, most oats are contaminated with gluten from crops nearby. This means that people with gluten intolerance usually have to stay away from oats - until now!
Bob's Red Mill oats are different. They are grown in fields far away from where other gluten-containing cereals are cultivated. They are then checked for the absence of gluten and then processed in a completely gluten-free facility. Then a final gluten-free test is performed before packaging up into the finished bags.
