These organically grown oat groats contain the outer bran as well as the nutritious inner germ of the grain. This provides a nutritious combination of soluble and insoluble fibre that the body requires for a healthy digestive system.

They can be used in sweet or savoury dishes from a classic thick porridge similar to rice pudding to a crunchy, nutty accompaniment to a fish or chicken dish.
