This Biona Millet bread has been baked using a traditional buckwheat sourdough recipe with wholegrain millet. Each slice satisfies the appetite and the taste buds. This bread has a natural and subtle sweetness due to the inclusion of millet, honey and apple bran.
Enjoy this millet bread in the same way you would wheat-based bread, though heating the bread for 30 seconds help bring out that fresh baked taste. This bread tastes lovely with butter or a whole-nut spread such as peanut butter.
