This bread is made for Biona by a family-owned bakery in Muensterland, Germany. Established in 1927, the bakery uses traditional artisan skills-freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet.
Enjoy this bread in place of traditional wheat bread. You can serve it hot or cold. Simply top with your favourite sandwich fillers. We love topping ours with mashed avocado and tomatoes, and sprinkling with chilli flakes!
Storage Instructions:
Once opened treat as fresh bread, store in an air-tight container and consume within 3-4 days. To ensure maximum life span we advise that you also refrigerate the bread.
