Biona Rye Bread is baked using traditional artisan skills - freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet.
Biona's Vitality Rye Bread is made from a delicious blend of sprouted seeds. These include mung beans, aduki, alfalfa, radish, sesame, flaxseed and quinoa. The sprouting process improves digestibility and allows for greater absorption of nutrients by the body.

Directions:
Once opened treat as fresh bread, store in an air-tight container and consume within 3-4 days. To ensure maxium life span we advise that you also refrigerate the bread.
