These walnut halves and pieces, make an attractive addition to a variety of recipes, including the obvious sweet recipes such as cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. In addition to this, the walnuts can be roughly crushed or chopped and sprinkled into soups or onto cheesy bruschetta.
