Our Organic Raw Cacao Nibs are made from ancient Criollo cacao beans, grown sustainably in the Peruvian Amazon - the spiritual home of cacao. Revered as the "food of the gods", these crunchy nibs are minimally processed to retain maximum nutrients and flavour. The whole process is performed at a low temperature (below 45 degrees Celsius), thus keeping the cacao raw.
