Light Brown Plain Flour

• Lighter flour than wholemeal but more fibre than white bread.
• Perfect flour for muffins, crumbles, pastry, batters and biscuits.
• High protein content.

Marriage's brown plain flour is made from organic wheat flour. It acts like a normal plain flour and can be used for general cooking and baking. The great thing is that it contains the wheat's bran which makes this flour more fibrous than typical white plain flour.

To make muffins, you'll need raising agents such as Bicarbonate of Soda and Baking Powder. To make your muffins more fun, why not add some fruit or nuts?
