Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour

  • Organic strong whole grains milled traditionally with French burr stones.
  • Suitable for bread and roll making - also bread machine friendly.
  • Full of fibre and protein.
This Marriage's flour is made from organic wholegrain wheat. This large bag should last for 2-3 bread loaves or 3-4 batches of bread rolls. The result should be soft, fluffy brown bread, with all the natural fibre and nutrition of the wheat grain. To add a bit of crunch, why not add some seeds to your bread recipe, such as Sunflower seeds, Melon seeds or Poppy seeds.
