Dried Fruit

Concentrated fruityness. Excellent snacks, or to add to muesli
Dried Fruit is really great, and we do quite a good selection, including some uncommon ones. We have highlighed the ones that we think are the most tasty and healthy.

Freeze-Dried Fruit

Pure 100% freeze-dried fruit
Our freeze-dried fruit is particularly tasty, and unlike the stuff that is commonly found in high-street breakfast cereals. It is much more flavoursome, with a sensation that bursts on the tongue!

Nuts

Crunchy, creamy and, of course, nutty! Enjoy in muesli or in a snack
Nuts can be chopped, mixed, sprinkled, or ground into a flour or butter. They can also be used in cooking and baking recipes, adding a nutty depth of flavour to the dish.
 

Nut Butters

Smooth and crunchy nut butters
Healthy nut butters - as close to 100% nut as is possible. For example, our peanut butter contains nothing but peanuts.

Seeds

Nutrient-packed, omega oil rich seeds
Seeds contain proteins, fibre, omega 3, 6 & 9, B vitamins and varying amounts of minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Our selection of seeds come seasoned or plain and can be snacked on or added to salads or cooking and baking recipes.

Fruit Powder

Dried fruit powder. Completely natural and containing no artificial ingredients. Fruit powders can be used in both sweet and savoury cooking. Most of our powders can be used to make milkshakes, jelly, lollies, fruity yoghurt, sauces and desserts.
 

Fruit Crisps

Extremely low calorie - and no frying, no oil
Excellent, tasty fruit and vegetable crisps, produced using a dehydration process. No frying and no oil - these crisps are extremely good for you, and actually contribute to your daily fruit and vegetable intake (otherwise known as your "5-a-day"...). Enjoy and be healthy!

Fruit bars are basically fruit for people who don't like fruit. The ones that we sell have been specially chosen to not contain sugar, and that taste really nice too. They are great for children, and get them into good, fruit-based habits instead of sweet-tooth habits.

100% fruit - no added ingredients
Pureed fruit in individual serving pots. They are suitable for anybody, from adults to babies, and taste really excellent. You can eat them on their own as a dessert or snack, or as an alternative to jam, or add them to your muesli.
 

Fruit Spreads and Jam

Juicy fruit spreads that are 100% natural
Here we list a large choice of healthy jams. These contain no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Interesting flavours include Grapefruit, Pineapple & Ginger and Morello Cherry.

Snacking Fruits, Seeds & Nuts

Small and medium sized bags of various fruits, nuts and seeds. These make healthy alternatives to packets of crisps, biscuit barrel raids and chocolate hidden in the desk draw.

Seeds for Sprouting & Germinating Kits

Many seeds, beans and lentils can be left in water to germinate. The little green shoots are edible and very good for you. They can be added to cooking, salads or sandwiches.
