Light Brown Self-Raising Flour

Lighter flour than wholemeal but more fibre than white bread.
Perfect flour for scones, sponges and cakes.
Milled from wheat that has been grown without the use of artificial chemicals.

Marriage's brown self raising flour is made from organic wheat flour. It acts like a normal self raising flour and contains extra baking powder to make scones and cakes. The great thing is that it still contains some of the wheat's bran and germ which makes this flour more fibrous than typical white plain flour.
