Doves Farm gluten-free baking powder is produced on a wholly gluten-free production line. It is also made from organic produce.

Directions

  • Add baking powder to flour to transform it into self-raising flour. Add to level teaspoons to 100g (4oz) of plain flour, and mix thoroughly.
Ingredients
Mono calcium phosphate, corn starch*, sodium bicarbonate.
