Quick Cook Polenta

Organic Polenta is a gluten-free maize meal typical of the North of Italy it's a great gluten-free alternative.

The joy of real food. What do we mean by the Joy of Real Food? Simple. Our polenta from the depths of the Po Valley Italy, is a golden canvas of comfort. Crafted from finely ground cornmeal, it simmers to creamy perfection or crisps into rustic slices. A taste of Italian joy.

Salt and bring water to the boil- 200ml per 50g. Slowly pour in pack contents and keep stirring over a medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove after 3 minutes. Season to taste, flavour with sliced or grated cheese.
