Description
  • Soft, sticky texture with rich caramel-like sweetness
  • Made from whole dates with pits removed for convenience
  • A natural source of fibre, potassium, and energy-boosting sugars
  • Great for snacking, baking, smoothies, and energy balls
  • Can be blended into syrups, pastes, or raw desserts
  • No added sugar--naturally sweet and satisfying
  • Versatile ingredient in both sweet and savoury recipes
  • Although pitted, occasional stones or fragments may still be present
  • 500g bag

These organic dried dates are plump, sticky, and intensely sweet - perfect for satisfying a sugar craving the natural way. With the pits removed, they're easy to use in everyday recipes, whether you're blending, baking, or snacking straight from the pack.

Dates are packed with natural energy and essential minerals like potassium, making them a nourishing choice for an afternoon boost or pre-workout snack. Their chewy texture and syrupy flavour also make them an excellent addition to porridge, bakes, or homemade treats.

Try chopping them into flapjacks and granola, blitzing into date paste for refined sugar-free baking, or pairing with savoury ingredients like nuts, tahini, or cheese. However you enjoy them, these dates bring wholesome sweetness to every bite.

Ingredients
Whole, dried pitted organic dates.
