Unsulphured Apricots = Good Apricots:
These organic apricots are sweet, soft and completely pure. They have a deeper more toffee-like flavour and squashier texture compared to the little hard orange apricots you can buy in supermarkets. The reason those kinds of apricots are hard and orange, is because they contain sulphur dioxide; a preservative which retains their orange colour but makes them chewy and tasteless (plus, is putting extra sulphur into your gut... is that really a good idea?).
Our apricots are just...apricots! No nasty sulphur dioxide to be found. They will appear a dark brownish orange but wow, the taste is by far superior.
