Unsulphured Apricots = Good Apricots:

These organic apricots are sweet and completely pure. They have a deeper, more toffee-like flavour and a different texture compared to the little orange apricots you can buy in supermarkets. The reason those kinds of apricots are orange is because they contain sulphur dioxide; a preservative which retains their orange colour but can make them rather tasteless (plus, putting extra sulphur into your gut... is that really a good idea?).

Our apricots are just...apricots! No nasty sulphur dioxide to be found. They will appear a dark brownish orange but wow, the taste is by far superior.
