Emmer Flour or
triticum diococccum is a very old form of wheat with a mild, nutty flavour. This flour is organically grown and milled in the UK.
Ideal for all types of baking and cooking. Use in place of refined white wheat flour for a healthier biscuit, cake or bake. Perfect for a fruit crumble as it has a slightly crumblier texture than some other wheat flours.
