Directions

Kamut flour is used in exactly the same way as normal flour. It's an ancient grain that many people find easier to tolerate, and so is used by many people who are intolerant to normal wheat. As with normal flour, kamut flour can be used for making bread, biscuits, pasta, cakes and much more. Note that this is a wholegrain flour, and hence requires a little more water than for refined flour.

Be assured that even though this flour is called "Kamut Bread Flour", it's a general-purpose flour for use in bread, pasta and any other place you would use flour. It even has recipes for bread, shortbread and pasta on the back of the packet!
