Ideal for making crusty rolls and wholegrain bread.
Packed with protein and a good source of fibre.
No added preservatives or additives.

This strong brown malted flour is made from organically produced wheat, its malted grains and wheat bran. It will allow you to create rustic, chunky wholegrain brown bread.

May we suggest adding seeds such as Sunflower seeds or Hemp seeds to give your loaf extra texture and flavour. These seeds are also high in protein and essential fats.
