Our whole freeze-dried organic strawberry powder has a vibrant colour and sweet taste found in organically grown strawberries. An excellent ingredient for use in food and drinks. This powder can add whole servings of real fruit to food products like dried cereals, granola bars and fruit bars, as well as smoothies, beverage blends and supplements. This powder also acts a bright pink dye and a natural sweetener for dessert foods like muffins, icings, cakes, ice cream, chocolates and candies. Made from freeze-dried strawberries, this raw organic strawberry powder retains all of the protective nutrients of real strawberries.
