These black peppercorns are suitable for a wide variety of uses, in both European and Indian cuisine, as well as many other foods from around the world.

Directions

  • These peppercorns are suitable for use in pepper grinders.
  • Peppercorns are used to give heat to curries. Grind into a powder using a mortar and pestle, then add together with the rest of the spices. The heat will be more flavoursome than chillies, and milder.
  • Use black pepper in Mediterranean sauces including pasta sauces. Crush before use.
