Our Organic Italian Black Rice is fantastically high in protein compared to brown or white rice and it will add a unique colour to your recipes and meals. Black rice has antioxidants, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which can help support your retina health. It has a similar taste to brown rice, however there is also a slightly sweet flavour at the end of each bite.
