Our organic ginger pieces are crystallised with organic sugar and the perfect mixture of a sweet and heated flavour. They are soft and chewy, making them a wonderful little treat just as they are though they can also be used in combination with many other foods and drinks.
Add these pieces to hot drinks, like hot chocolate or mulled wine, to give an extra ginger-spiced kick to your beverage especially during the festive period. You can also use these in baking to add that extra bit of flavour, texture and sweetness, whether it be in cakes, muffins, or bread.
Our organic crystallised pieces are easy to break and cut up into smaller pieces. This makes it easier when adding them into recipes or to simply mix into your morning muesli, into a trail mix or top your yogurt with.
