100% Oat Flour

Oat flour is an ideal alternative to wheat flour and contains a similar level of protein to wholemeal wheat flour. It is best mixed with other flours as its levels of gluten are low and therefore less elastic and will require more yeast in order for breads to rise.
Oat flour has become popular as an easy method of adding extra protein to a variety of fitness and body-building recipes. Its fine consistency is quick to mix and aids faster absorption.
