Organic Yellow or Golden Flax Seed

These golden seeds from the flax plant are grown in Austria. The plants produce pretty blue flowers from which the seeds develop.

Golden linseed has a light, mild flavour which is ideal for use as a healthy sprinkle into salads, pasta and soups. The seeds offer a high level of fibre and are rich in omega oils. Add to smoothies, porridge and flapjacks.

Mix with brown linseed for an attractive, delicious and healthy sprinkle.
