Organic Ground Flaxseed
Flaxseed is an excellent source of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids (EFAs) that assist with basic bodily and mental functions. Flaxseed can help to reduce cholesterol levels. Ground flaxseed tastes of general seeds/nuts and has a thick consistency when added to liquids. It is high in protein and fibre, as well as the beneficial omega-fatty-acids.
Prewett's ground flaxseed is finely ground in order to ensure maximum absorption. It is also fortified with vitamin B6 and zinc.
Directions
Add 1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to your food - including cereal/muesli/porridge, bread, soups or salads.
