    Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil has a fresh, camphorous odour. The oil is made from the leaves and flowers of this popular herb.

    If you're looking to boost your concentration levels, or if you're studying for something important then we recommend adding 3 drops of rosemary and two drops of grapefruit to the water in an oil burner or diffuser.

    Alternatively, if you're aching after a particularly difficult exercise session then you can use a blend 2 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of black pepper, and 3 drops of lavender in 15ml of peach kernel oil, and massage into the fatigued muscles.
