Our organic soybeans are naturally rich in essential amino acids, iron, and calcium, making them a perfect meat alternative. Whether you're making homemade tofu, soya milk, or hearty stews, these beans deliver excellent texture and flavour.

Sustainably grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, these Soil Association approved organic soya beans are a great choice for health-conscious cooks and eco-conscious consumers alike.

Directions

• General cooking instructions: Simmer for 3 hours in boiling water until soft.
• To reduce cooking time: Pre-soaking the beans overnight will reduce the cooking time by an hour.
• Pressure cooking: Use of a pressure cooker will reduce the cooking time to around half an hour.
• To make soya milk: Soak for at least 10 hours before liquidising into a paste using a blender (using 10 cups of water to every cup of soya beans). Optionally, cook the mixture in a pan for 30 minutes. Strain through a cheesecloth and add sugar to taste.
