Description
  • Tastes similar to cocoa.
  • Carob powder is caffeine-free.
  • Can be used as a direct replacement in place of cocoa in baking.
  • Packed in Sussex.
  • 25kg bulk sack.

Carob powder can be used in place of cocoa powder in many recipes. It has a slightly stronger flavour overall, so we recommend using a little less in a recipe than you would cocoa. Carob is caffeine-free making it ideal for children and those who need to avoid caffeine.

This product may be sent to customers in the same form it arrives from our suppliers. If this is the case, it is not opened at our facility. Packaging methods and materials may vary - all food safety laws are strictly adhered to. Please contact us for more information.
