Organic rosemary
- One of the most popular Mediterranean herbs.

Rosemary is popular in a range of Mediterranean dishes from meats to soups, and from vegetables to casseroles. It is commonly used in French, Spanish and Italian cookery.
Ways to use rosemary
- Rub into lamb before roasting.
- Sprinkle over potatoes or add to vegetables during cooking.
- Drop a handful into a bottle of olive oil and leave in the cupboard for a flavoursome infusion.
- Use to flavour garlic butter or salad dressings.
- Use in a bouquet garni - a French herb mixture typical containing rosemary, sage, parsley, basil and tarragon. This is used in a number of soups and sauces, including white sauce. The herbs are typically strained out after use.
- Use to flavour barbecued or grilled meats.
