Brown Risotto Rice

This lightly aromatic rice from Italy is ideal for risotto, paella or rice salad dishes.

Directions

Place in a pan and cover with water (around 3cm above the level of the rice). Cover the pan with a lid, bring to the boil and simmer for up to half an hour. See our guide on how to cook rice for further information.
