Green Khorog Raisins have an aromatic, fruity flavour reminiscent of apples, pears and grapes. They can be used anywhere that you would use normal raisins: as a snack, in fruit-and-nut mixes, in muesli or in baking and dessert recipes. They have a much fruitier, more well-rounded flavour than the darker raisins.
