They can be used anywhere that you would use normal raisins: as a snack, in fruit-and-nut mixes, in muesli or in baking and dessert recipes. They have a much fruitier, well-rounded flavour than the darker raisins: their subtle, uncloying sweetness and succulent texture makes them a versatile ingredient in both sweet and savoury dishes.

    3 Ways to Use Green Khorog Raisins
