Organic Ground Flax Seeds

Directions

Take 2-3 heaped teaspoons (15-20g) of Granovita Linusit flaxseed powder daily to boost your omega-3, omega-6 and fibre levels. Add to cereals, muesli, porridge, yoghurt or fruit juice. Use sufficient liquid (e.g. milk) because the powder is absorbent.
