Our organic defatted almond flour is not dissimilar to regular almond flour, in that you can use this for many different recipes - especially for baking cakes, cookies and sweet bakes. This flour is made from ground, organic almonds that have been cold-pressed to remove the fat/oil, making this product fat-free and a great choice in using as a flour alternative especially for any dietary requirements that would call for a lower fat content.

There is still a great amount of nutritional benefits to this flour too, as it is still high in fibre and protein, however it has a lower fat and carbohydrate content.
