Our dried marjoram leaves are a wonderful choice for seasoning various foods, ranging from meat, fish, cheese and vegan-friendly alternatives of these. It brings out a stronger, complimentary flavour to these foods, though it is also great for soups, salads and marinades. Sautéed and roasted vegetables will also benefit from being seasoned with marjoram, making it a handy kitchen essential for your herb collection.
You can also use our dried marjoram leaves to brew a herbal tea. Simply boil hot water as you would for any tea and simply steep the leaves (add as much to your own taste) for up to 5 minutes. Plenty of cocktails and liqueurs feature marjoram as well, to enhance a drink's flavour so this is another great way to make use of this product; especially when combined with other sweet ingredients.
