Freeze-Dried Blueberries 100g

These freeze dried blueberries are dried to one-eighth of their original weight, and can be eaten as-is or reconstituted with water. Eat as a snack, or add to your breakfast cereal or muesli in the morning. A typical 11g serving constitutes one of your "five-a-day" fruit portions.

Freeze dried fruit is additive-free (normal dried blueberries contain added sugar or oil to prevent hardening). These are extra-healthy!
