Dulse Seaweed is a sea-vegetable typically found in the Atlantic. It is purple, soft and spicy and wild harvested.

Directions:
Requires prior hydration and/or boiling. Submerge in water for 5 minutes. Once hydrated, its dry weight increases x 5. Boil for 15 minutes. It can then be cut and added to salads, soups, vegetables, pasta and stir fries. You can also dry-roast in a pan or oven straight from the pack (washed first), and add it to nuts or seeds to make a quick snack or topping. It can also be deep-fried. Blitz the dried strips, and it can also be ground up and and then it can be used as a seasoning or condiment. Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal pack after opening.
