Our dried barberries are ready to add into recipes and cook with, or if you so chose they can be eaten as they are. These are a great addition to couscous, rice cooked with saffron, barley and lentils. They can also be used to make a preserve, such as jam, and enjoyed like this.

Barberries are an important ingredient to many Iranian and Persian dishes. They'll add a tart, tangy flavour that can be complimentary to many other ingredients, much like a drizzle of lemon juice is.
