These ready-to-use dates are perfect for sweetening up breakfast such as porridge and muesli. Their light coating of rice flour prevents them from sticking together which is handy when preparing a breakfast dish.
These chopped dates will save you time in the kitchen - no more sticky fingers! The dusting of rice flour is also useful and important when baking as this will help prevent the pieces sinking to the bottom of your cake and bakes.
The chopped dates could also be mixed into a home made trail/snack mix with fruits and seeds for an enjoyable sweet munch.
