Sicilian grown oranges are manually sorted for the best quality rinds. They are separated from the pulp and then washed. The orange rinds are then chopped into pieces using a special machine and cooked fro a short time. Next corn syrup is added as a natural preservative, along with a little salt and citric acid. That's it!
