Glace Cherries

Glace Cherries or candied cherries add the unmistakeable vibrancy and radiant allure to bread, pastries, ice cream and biscuits. Natural in colour and free from sulphites and allergens, Opies Glace Cherries add a lustrous appearance and intense sweetness, to host of bakes and cakes.

Top Tip: If you are adding them to a cake or bread mixture; rinse off the sugar syrup, dry thoroughly and chop as required before adding to prevent them from sinking to the bottom!
